Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final edited photos or videos. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Travel fees apply for locations outside Toronto at a rate of $1 per kilometer. By booking this service, the client agrees to these terms.
